Cancellation Policy

At TGD Life Coaching we understand that life happens. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Coaching Sessions
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice at no charge. To cancel or reschedule please contact us as soon as possible at gavin@tgdlifecoaching.co.za or call +27 84 044 7889.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the full session fee. No exceptions will be made for missed sessions without prior notice.

Digital Products
As our workbooks are digital products, cancellations are not applicable once the product has been downloaded. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.

Free Discovery Sessions
Free discovery sessions may be cancelled at any time without penalty. We do ask for courtesy notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
