Digital Products (Workbooks)
Due to the digital nature of our workbooks, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds on digital products. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase please contact us at gavin@tgdlifecoaching.co.za and we will resolve it promptly.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the session fee. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
